Okay, do so some of our members down being on dial up, I am working on reducing our graphics. Because of that I am planning on getting rid of the territory banners for now.

Edit: I am going to create a new skin that has min. graphics. This well be a second skin and not our main one. However, the banners will have stay gone for this to work.
