Due to Baella's age, I've been playing her as a fully trained Black Widow, capable of weaving illusions, etc. But while looking through the store, there is obviously apprentice, journeyman, and fully-trained Black Widow abilities to be bought. Soooooo....do I just need to buy those as soon as I am able, as having a 2600 Black Widow who doesn't really know what she's doing seems a little off to me... Just let me know what I should do in this case. Thanks!

Nope, those items are for characters that wish to pick up training after approval or for natural single caste characters to pick up a 'training' in another caste. For example, a natural Healer would pick up Black Widow training to become a Healer, trained Black Widow.
