Birthright Jewel: SapphireOffering Jewel: GreyCraft Strengths:Aaron is pretty even when it comes to his craft. If he had to choice something that he was best at it would be sight shields. He always used to do them as a kid, so he could scare his little sisters and brothers. The rest of Aaron’s craft is average. He was taught the basics and never felt the need to really be “excellent” at anything. He believes that the more well rounded he is the better he will be able to handle whatever life throws at him.
Craft Weaknesses: He was ringed shortly after his offering, so he never got the chance to really bond with his Grey Jewel. Right now it is just this deep well of power that he doesn’t really know how to control yet. Usually the power just overwhelms him the few times he has drawn deeply from his Grey. The same cannot be said about his Sapphire though. He knows exactly how to control that Jewel and is extremely bonded with it.

PHYSICAL APPEARANCE
Physical Description: Aaron is slim and well built. He is made up of basically just muscle and bone. Although he works out a lot his body is just naturally slender and muscular. He is tall for his race at 5ft 11in. He likes being tall though. That way if he ever meets anyone from an opposite race he isn't so dwarfed by them. Aaron's eyes are a stunning shade of vivid blue. His long eyelashes compliment them perfectly and make his eyes the most stunning part of his face. His hair is light blonde. It looks almost white in the sunlight and is a mark of his pure Dhun Na Aime heritage. It is just long enough to fall into his eyes in a way that absolutely annoys his mother.
Aaron moves gracefully by the shear fact that he has grown up with eight sisters that are all made up of pure gracefulness, well except for Abagail. Aaron was also forced to learn to dance at a young age. Kaeli and Mai had a hard time teaching the unwilling little boy the steps but eventually Aaron had given in and just learned them. Aaron lacks no confidence. He holds his shoulders back and keeps his head held high for the very fact that he is a Warlord Prince and proud of that fact.
Dress: You can find Aaron in a T-shirt/button down dress shirt not tucked in some jeans. That is it. There is no next level. His ability to pick out formal clothes is non existent. He's male, that means that the subtle combinations of colors and textures is beyond him. At least thats how he sees it. Besides he always has his sisters to fall back on when he needs something past his ragged jeans and shirts. They just love to help him out, a little to much. Thats probably why he avoids asking them overly much.

General Personality: Aaron is extremely stubborn, but growing up with such a large family has taught him when he needs to give in. He knows how to handle a witch. He has too know or he wouldn't have survived for as long as he has in a house full of them. Aaron is a giving person who loves children and is generally unexperienced when it comes to matters of the heart. He was always to busy working to spend time on those kinds of things. His temper has been dulled by years of infuriating little sisters and there imaginative pranks. He is fiercely protective though and anyone that threatens his family tends to back away from the Sapphire Warlord Prince. He doesn't know how to be a slave, but the conditions are already breaking down the gentle side of the Prince and bringing him closer to a place he has only ventured a few times. The Killing Edge.

BACKGROUND
Brief History: Liam met Adair while he was in the bookstore that she owned. He was instantly drawn to her. After buying a new book every day for almost two weeks, Liam finally asked her out. It only took a few months of them dating for both of them to realize that they had found true love in each other. They remained faithful lovers to each other until Adair realized that she was pregnant. Ecstatic, she ran to tell Liam the news. Both of them had come from big families, so having kids was just the next step in their relationship. Thats how they saw it anyway. Adair's belly was huge by the time that she stepped down the aisle to wed Liam. They have never been separated since.
Shortly after the wedding Adair gave birth to Aaron. A fiery young Warlord Prince. They both loved their son with everything that they had. Liam had always wanted a son that he could share all the secrets of being male with, so it was his lucky day. ( It must have been his only lucky day, because Aaron would be his only son.) Aaron was not alone for long though. When he was 22 (2)Aaron was blessed with two sisters, Kaeli and Mai. And what a blessing they were. There combined energy could have torn down the small house that the five people were living in. About this time Liam decided that he needed to get a better job to support his family. (He had been working in the bookstore with his wife.) So he struck out and soon found himself working as a Chef in a local restaurant in there town. Aaron, Kaeli, and Mai were put in the back room of their mothers bookstore to play during the day. Aaron, who could read by this time, just ignored his sisters constant pleas to play "dress up" and read.
The years progressed in this same constant fashion. The darkness kept the blessing coming though. Elle, Jaimie, and Bethany soon joined the ranks of the Malcom family and squished into the small house that all eight of them now called home. By this time though Liam and Adair had saved up enough to move into a more spacious home. Right as the last box was vanished from their old house and moved to their new one, Aaron had his birthright ceremony. His parents were pleased, but stunned, when their small boy came away with a sapphire birthright. They were not scared. They never resented there son for his deep connection to the darkness. To Adair and Liam's surprise the children had all drawn Aaron cards of congratulation. ( All spelled wrong sadly.) Liam quickly took his only son aside and taught him what this new power meant. It came with responsibility, he told his son. Aaron now had to attend long lessons every morning while his sisters continued to play.
Also coming with his new Sapphire jewel was the knowledge that he needed to help support his family. Alternating between the restaurant his father worked in and his mothers bookstore, Aaron tried to help out as much as he could even though he was only barley 90 (9). Sage was born around the same time that Kaeli and Mai came away from their Birthright Ceremony with a Summer Sky and Rose Jewel. They too were soon off for lessons. Kaeli for craft and black widow lessons and Mai for craft and Healer lessons. All these lessons were very expensive too. Not that Adair or Liam told there children that. Aaron just knew. Still the children kept coming. Abagail was born a month after Elle had her Birthright Ceremony. Again another Malcom was deeply blessed by the darkness, coming away with a Green Birthright.
Although Aaron,who was now 100 (10), would never choose favorites among his sisters, he loved Abagail. She constantly followed Aaron around and was the only one among his sisters that didn't care for the truly girlie things that Aaron had been forced to endure. ( He never saw Abagail become a young women and come away with a Sapphire Birthright just as he did though.) As Abagail grew up, so did Aaron. He knew how badly the family needed money especially after his finally sister was born, Carla. The Healer who had delivered the small babe told Adair that there had been complication during the birth and that Carla would indeed be the last child she would bare. 133 (13) and ready for his life to begin Aaron finished the last of his basic Craft training. Life was good during this brief time, but Aaron being ready to help his family let the years slip by without a second glance.
When he was 174 (17), he got a job across the city escorting traveling witches around the city. It payed well and Aaron was actually glad to be escorting around the often beautiful ladies. The job went well until he was 190 (19). He was showing a young and beautiful witch around when she started to flirt with him. Being relatively new at the game Aaron hesitantly flirted back. It was only when the witch pulled him close and kissed him deeply that he thought he might have flirted a little too much. Hastily bringing the young women back to the meeting point, Aaron missed the aristo Warlord Prince glaring at him from across the street. Arriving home, Kaeli met him at the door. Having a far away look in her eyes she told him that he had to make his Offering. Aaron had not felt the call to decent any farther into the darkness, so he stubbornly told her no. He didn't want to descend before his body was ready for it.
Kaeli told him that she had spun a Web earlier and that she had seen Aaron making his Offering before it was too late. Aaron had asked her what "too late" meant, but she had said she didn't know. After nearly an hour more of listening to his sisters pleas he finally gave in. Walking into the house to get a few things, Aaron had mussed Abigail's hair and told his mother and father what he was doing. That was the last he saw of his family. It was nearly sunset by the time he set out, so already exhausted, Aaron nearly ran to the alter that was across the town. Arriving just in time Aaron made his Offering. When the pale light was just filtering through the windows Aaron emerged from the alter cradling a Grey Jewel in his hands. But because he was so exhausted he didn't see the wooden bar that was slammed against his head. The last thing he saw was a smug looking Prince bending down to pick up his Grey Jewel.
Aaron woke up in a small cell without his Sapphire ring and not seeing his Grey Jewel anywhere. He had no idea wear he was. Calling on his Sapphire power, he had tried to tear down the cell door, but a searing pain stopped him. Dropping to his knees he watched as an old Warlord came in and laughed. It was only after this that he realized he had been Ringed. Terrified he tried to remember what had happened after he had walked out of the Alter room, but he couldn't. It was a whirlwind as soon as Aaron woke. He was still dazed as they moved him from the damp cell he had been in to a somewhat cleaner one where people could look to buy him. Because he was now a slave. And he had no idea how it had happened.
It was after an old evil looking witch had ordered him to strip down right there in front of her that Aaron decided he had had enough of this. He called power from his new Grey and tried to channel it in some hope that he could escape. The new foreign power soon overwhelmed him. The pain that was being channeled through the Ring of Obedience was not helping Aaron's control much either. He had destroyed half of the slave market by the time he managed to stop the destruction the Grey was reeking. As soon as he stopped the flow of his Dark power the Rings pain soon overwhelmed him and his only release was unconsciousness. The Steward of the slave market was scared to keep such a dangerous slave in the market, so he gifted Aaron to the new Territory Queen, Melisande. He hoped that this would gain favor with the women and also rid him of the problem Aaron presented for him. So by the time Aaron woke up he was already traveling to Raej with a few other slaves. His new jewel was eating up the meager energy that he had left. Dehydrated and starving Aaron did what the people transporting him said. Finally arriving in Raej, Aaron was prodded to his feet and given to a Red Jeweled Queen. To tired to care what was happening, Aaron vanished the Jewels that were given back to him and tried to pay attention to what was happening.
